Our Personal Development Passport has been created to empower pupils to become independent and self-motivated learners who contribute positively to our community, locally and globally.
By encouraging personal development, children are more likely to grow into confident, capable, and compassionate adults.
The Personal Development Passport contains 60 activities which children can complete in school or at home. The passport stays in school, and if children have completed them at home, then they can bring in evidence to show staff, who will then stamp and sign off that challenges.
Additionally, there is space for children to add their own challenges so that any achievements that are not covered by the passport can also be celebrated.
Children who complete 20 challenges will be awarded a bronze challenge badge.
Children who complete 40 challenges will be awarded a silver challenge badge.
Children who complete 60 challenges will be awarded a gold challenge badge.
Children who complete all of the challenges in one value will be awarded a ‘Values’ badge for their first complete value.
