We carried out an investigation to see which animals would survive to pass on their characteristics to the next generation. We played the part of birds looking for worms and counted up which worms were the most likely to get eaten. The ones that did not get found would be able to pass their traits on to the next generation. The worms that were the hardest to find were the ones which blended into the ground the best- we found very few green worms.
